Improved VPS reboot/powercycles

Customers have been able to restart their VPSs (or powercycle them) from the RimuHosting control panel.  We have updated and ajaxified the reboot functionality to provide better feedback on the process and improve the user experience.  Check it out the next time you need a VPS restart.
