Dear Rimu,
I’m a satisfied customer with you for a few years but feel that this offer is somewhat uncalled for. Am right to understand that you are trying to prie customers away from businesses affected by a natural disaster? I feel this is not in line with how i know rimu to opperate. Or am i mistaken and is this a compensation deal for your current customers? If the later I would urge you to rephrase your message.
