Christmas 2025 is near, and the Rimuhosting team is preparing to enjoy well-deserved down time with friends and family. As we celebrate, we want to ensure our valued customers are aware of our holiday schedule.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we balance providing support with allowing our team some rest and relaxation during the holidays.

Between Friday, 19th December 5 PM (NZDT) and Monday, 5th January 8 AM (NZDT), our staff will only be handling essential tickets. This means scheduled tasks or non-urgent tickets will be addressed outside this period. Our usual round-the-clock monitoring and escalation coverage will continue as normal, ensuring that critical support is always available when needed.

Many exciting changes that have happened this year, including lots of behind the scenes updates to our server infrastructure, and automation that is helping us deliver features to you faster and more reliably. Much more coming next year.
