Xmas and NY


The festive season is upon us, and the Rimuhosting team is preparing to enjoy some well-deserved time with friends and family. As we celebrate, we want to ensure our valued customers are aware of our holiday schedule.

Between Friday, 20th December 5 PM (NZDT) and Monday, 9th January 8 AM (NZDT), our staff will only be handling essential tickets. This means scheduled tasks or non-urgent tickets will be addressed after this period.
Our usual round-the-clock monitoring and escalation coverage will continue as normal, ensuring that critical support is always available when needed..

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we balance providing support with allowing our team some rest and relaxation during the holidays.
