Themed days in support


I notice that we seem to have waves of support in various ways.

One day we will start our shift and be totally overloaded the entire day, so busy that we end up doing a little extra after hours (posting this blog whilst cooking dinner today!). Other days its pretty dull so we play table tennis, harass each other, and come up with brilliant shell scripts, and try to take over the world.

And then we have the theme days, where one day we will have everyones mail server break, the next day it will be websites, and perhaps another will be tomcat or DNS or something else.

One thing I will say, its never dull! The variation keeps us alive and kicking and enjoying what we do immensely!
